As you know, with climate change, we have to reevaluate the kinds of plants we want to grow. It’s become so hot in the Piedmont that many of us experience drought conditions in the summer. Byron’s crew helped remove overgrown bushes & roots that had gotten into my pipe. He recommended drought & disease resistant bushes suitable for this area. Rich soils were  blended & amended into existing clay soil. I was taught what to feed my bushes in fall & spring, how much to feed, & how to properly apply. Also explained was how to use a timer set up to a soaker hose. The yard now has a complimentary slate border separating 2 levels with drought & disease resistant roses & other suitable bushes. Because the soil was amended, I can now plant flowers & bulbs with ease. The entire project was well planned out & executed. Be patient as weather dictates when the progression of the project happens. You will be pleased & happy with the results !!!!

We lived in Greensboro for 3 short years and were referred to GLI when we bought our house.  The team helped us design and redo our entire yard and landscaping.  We had to completely start over due to the previous neglect.  The team is knowledgeable, prompt, and did a great job.  All of the team members are good people.  We had them continue to maintain our yard after that for 2 yrs until we sold the house.  The yard definitely helped us sell quick as it had great curb appeal.  We have recommended GLI to friends and coworkers and know they'll continue to do great work!

Byron and his team came out today and trimmed tree and removed dead stalks and replaced topsoil. Looks amazing, like a brand new patio. Will definitely use them again and would recommend.
